Panther, what did Spongetech sold to Walmart before Spongebob? How is it possible they were a vendor before this? Can you please explain or are you just going by Buhl's blog? Just curious. Thanks.

SPNG was never a vendor to Walmart in the past. All this information coming off some blog is false.

Listen... I think if you want to attack my logic.. You need to do a little more homework...

First..as far as I am concerned... there was so many corrections... it could be Spongetech.. or Spongables or anything sounding like that.. No credability IMO... after yesterday's fiasco.. with Teri...

Second... HOW long ago... ?? 6 months?? 2 years?? 5 years?? what was the life of the contract?? How long since they have paid an invoice to spongetech?? IF ever? are the terms of a contact..(if it exists) still acceptable?? DO YOU THINK IF SPNG HAD BUSINESS WITH WALMART IN THE PAST YEAR OR SO... WE WOULD HAVE NOT HEARD?? LOLOLOLOL

I dunno--I'm under the impression that revocation hearings are pretty much limited to whether filings were made or not...
