I am "going by" Walmart's own words, i.e. SPNG has been a vendor in the past. As far as here locally/regionally, none of the sponges are in any Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Kragen, KMart, Riteaid, Petsmart or Sears that i have been able to check.
