Doubtful! According to Walmart, SPNG had been a vendor in the past and therefore would not have been a new vendor. So, under your theory, you have proved yourself wrong. IF SPNG did indeed own Dicon at one time, it is highly unlikely that they do now. I can't wait for the revocation hearing, when many of the SPNG mysteries will be revealed.
