What you can't know, by your own admission of knowing what you claim to know, is that Offor's response to Sinopec trying to wait them out in the JDZ would result in bad relations with Nigeria, and *if* Offor is even thinking of selling, Sinopec stalling would result in bids from India, Brazil, and most likely Chevron.
