It seems apparent that since you know what you know you can't understand what you don't know because what you know is getting in the way.

What you can't know, by your own admission of knowing what you claim to know, is that Offor's response to Sinopec trying to wait them out in the JDZ would result in bad relations with Nigeria, and *if* Offor is even thinking of selling, Sinopec stalling would result in bids from India, Brazil, and most likely Chevron.

Never forget the ERHC has the data too, received on a daily basis during drilling.
