Last time I looked the Cusips for all 4 C/T were on the Master List.

Please read my post again. I never said the trustee didn't file a claim. What I did say was that no one holding LHHMQ received any claim forms from their brokers. Yet LEHKQ, LEHLQ, LEHNQ did have claims forms mailed to owners of record.
I do not know why this was, but the fact is that for some reason no holders of LHHMQ received any claim forms from their brokers.
The trustees for all the capital trusts were required to file claims on behalf of the trust. And since these were all on the list as not needing to file, one has to assume the trustee has already done so.
