Lehman Brothers Holdings Capital Trust V (LHHMQ)

Hi everyone. I'm new on IHub but been following Lehman saga for a while. I own all of the CT including LHHMQ. Last weekend micmacpole posted that LHHMQ trustee didn't issue a claim. I did some digging but could not find anything that confirms it or refutes it. I (probably other LHHMQ holders also) would be very thankful if someone with better knowledge could bring some clarity about this matter.
