Okay called that Epiq BK Solutions hotline again.

Spoke with Tara this time.

She said, that as long as the Securities are on the MASTER LIST from the website, then we do not need to file a claim of any sort.


As I understand it, any and all Lehman Capital Trust and/or Preferred shares are listed on the MASTER LIST.

IS THIS CORRECT ?


That's what I know, but just double checking.
