of $1.6 million in GlobeTel stock by CGI, GlobeTel's acquisitions of Sanswire and Hotzone, and GlobeTel's sale of computer software and networks to IP World. He also has information concerning GlobeTel's restatement of its financial statements
and information concerning GlobeTel's document production and the authenticity of documents from GlobeTel's files." >


It should be interesting what pertinent "information" he provides to the inquisition pending, if at all relevant.
