It looks like Leinwand will be on the stand quite a bit in both the SEC's civil case and Huff's criminal case (provided they go to trial). This is from the witness list detailed in the SEC's initial disclosures to Huff. The document is also cited in Huff's criminal case:
"Mr. Leinwand is the CEO and a director of GlobeTel. He previously served as the company's outside counsel and general counsel. He has information concerning the off-net revenue program and GlobeTel's dealings with Monterosso and Vargas. He also has information concerning GlobeTel's periodic filings, registration statements and press releases. He also has information concerning the sale of $1.6 million in GlobeTel stock by CGI, GlobeTel's acquisitions of Sanswire and Hotzone, and GlobeTel's sale of computer software and networks to IP World. He also has information concerning GlobeTel's restatement of its financial statements and information concerning GlobeTel's document production and the authenticity of documents from GlobeTel's files."
