its still the greys and acting like the greys .. and it will get worse as time goes on ..

this settlement or court mess could go on for another week or a year
believe me the spongy share holders DO NOT want to be trading on the greys if this continues to be long term .. unfortuntly no one has any say in the matter except spongy ..

settle
file
and move on

or end up revoked .. for failure to file

no other options - except to closed down - and that does not remove any SEC heat or lawsuits from the insiders or the company

fact .. pike keeps buying shares
fact .. products exist
fact .. amt of share vol spng generates daily since 10/19
fact .. sec is involved

so all that is being done .. is being
done under the *watchful* eye of the SEC
