i think it's pretty clear
what is the norm in the
graveyard .. doesn't pertain
to spng .. at least to this
point in time

fact .. sec is involved
fact .. filings keep getting filed
fact .. pike keeps buying shares
fact .. products exist
fact .. sec is involved

so all that is being done .. is being
done under the *watchful* eye of the SEC

fine by me .. time frame and *details*
only known to *insiders*
