Exactly! Look at this way...
...it's all about opportunity cost!
Right now, SPNG is a "sunk cost", providing no kind of returns, when one could be reaping in plenty of returns from much more viable opportunities!
This tangled web will only drain your resources (time, money, energy, interest, etc) while everything gets sorted out, which from my SPNG 3-yr experience, NEVER DOES!
In all seriousness, GLTY, but I think everyone has been forewarned enough. Ultimately, it's your money, your loss!
I, on the other hand, wouldn't sink another share's worth of money in this "bottomless pit" of an investment!!!
