Dude, man, are you for real? With reverse splits of 1:3000, 1:600, and 1:40 along with an outstanding share count of 3Billion, that's about 2.17 x 10 to the 17th shares if you project back. I don't even have a name for a number that big. LOL! You do the math. What do you think the price/share would be?

Last time it was at

.0001 I remember that because Gail the .0001 picker didn't beleive there was a reverse split coming since Sand never announced it. Sand simply filed in Georgia with the department of corporations months ahead of time, then dropped it on shareholders. No public vote.
