I gave you a link to the articles of incorporation. There will indeed be a reverse split.

The problem is the CEO refuses to tell his shareholders when and where the split will occur but instead promotes the stock as if it isn't going to happen. It is. Read the documents instead of tea leaves. It tells you when they plan it.
