I hope you bring the pain on them! I am a retired Army Soldier and was introduced to EESO from other Soldiers; It is one thing to FUBAR your company and share holders because of ignorance and poor management. I could swallow that easier and it is the nature of investments like this, but being a criminal and stealing from your investors, well that deserves a good old fashion wall to wall counseling. I hope you slam their sorry six's. You should see the BS letter Murphy wrote me back after I voiced some concerns. Take some food off their tables like they did to us, take some of their children's college money like they did to us, take some of their retirement savings like they did to us. No sympathy and no mercy alskanwarrior and if their is anything I can do let me know.

Name Scottrade in your complaint too. Someone posted that they were helping ("aiding and abetting") to sell unregistered securities. They admitted to it, to not doing their job, and paid a $600,000 fine to the SEC under a specific court case. That court case would be evidence against them. I don't have the details. I just remember reading it. I believe none of that money went back to the people who lost their money on that. You might have a good chance of getting a lot of money back if Scottrade is listed in the complaint. If there are other stock broker companies that helped EESO, then, name them too.
If you can suggest a good attorney, help the rest of us out, because I would like to go after the crooks too.
