Scottrade is where the major accounts, were located and managed.
That is all.
That's why, when unregistered shares are expected the DTCC puts out the notice, and they stop trading it. Because they can no longer clear their trades using DTCC.

Jared transfered shares into these accounts, owned by others.
Shares from one account to another.
Others then sold the shares out of these accounts.
Most of the real problems deal around the timing of the Selling of those shares. If K+L would have waited to sell, they may have Never Been Caught.

Scottrade uses NITE to execute many trades, like many Retail Brokers.
NITE is the largest MM dealing in EESO and maybe all Pennyland.
So the new volumn gets mixed into the market, without much notice.

True most recovered fines, never comes to the SH who lost.
SEC has expenses too.
Yes NITE have paid fines too.

Like I said, I have a meeting on the 30th with mine. We've went to his mentor, an expert in the matter and will have his written opinion on the 29th. He's went to trial on such matters and has a solide case history. Even though he said typically, these cases get either tossed or settled, I'm open to settlement as long as it involves Jared's and Murphy's resignation without any further cost to EESO, the formulas turned over to the company, Jared and all others to put the money back into the company and the SEC and FINRA NOT to keep any of the money for themselves for "expenses." Jared and Murphy would also have to agree to stay away from a publically traded company for 10 years.

We've already discussed the proposition of a class action and force many of these matters, but looking at the big picture, this suit will be complex and probably go to the Federal level. I've instructed my atty to write a letter to the State of Alaska AG and ask him to put pressure on the SEC and the Indiana and Nevada AG's to bring charges against these people to include fraud. Like all the other investors, I want jail time.
