Well, I guess its official. I received my notice from etrade today telling us that EESO is suspended for all trading pending this lawsuit. Merry Christmas Jared & Murphy. When my lawyer gets back from Seattle, I'm filing a lawsuit aginst both you and the company. I want your and the company's assets frozen and every cent accounted for. And yes, I'm coming after you both personally.

For all the rest of the SH's, I would recommend you do the same. Since Jared personally owns the formulas, and since he took money personally from the company's assets (e.g. shares), his personal assets are now subject to the "mix" under the law.

What I hope to do is to force the SEC in the complaint to force Jared to turn over the formulas to the company and walk away.

I will be naming FINRA and the SEC in the complaint as suggested by my lawyer) and will only negotiate a settlement where the Shareholders have access to real assets to recover.
