For all the rest of the SH's, I would recommend you do the same. Since Jared personally owns the formulas, and since he took money personally from the company's assets (e.g. shares), his personal assets are now subject to the "mix" under the law.
What I hope to do is to force the SEC in the complaint to force Jared to turn over the formulas to the company and walk away.
I will be naming FINRA and the SEC in the complaint as suggested by my lawyer) and will only negotiate a settlement where the Shareholders have access to real assets to recover.
