Hi wadirum1, I agree that there is a risk that the O/S share count is higher than 700 million. That said, it is an extraordinary long shot that it is higher than 1 billion shares when compared to those who state on IHub that it's sitting at 3 billion shares.
An additional 200 million shares dumped into the float at .10 would have netted SpongeTech $20 million in cash. 2 billion shares at .10 would have netted SpongeTech $200 million. .10 cents is a low estimate as the shares traded over that amount for months. There has been talk of $4.5 million here (Dicon), $4 million there (GFGU) but I've heard nothing about $100 million acquisitions or anything of that size. Negative commenters would say the Officers took the money. I personally believe SpongeTech would not be trading today if that were true.
I would venture to guess the O/S share count is anywhere between 1 billion shares and 500 million shares.
