One simple basis fact here, folks: IF the O/S were really under 723mm, SPNG could ungag their TA and let us know about this. Or, they could reduce the A/S to 700mm. Nothing is keeping them from doing these things.

But they have not done so.

Are they waiting to get off the greys? Well, thing about what would happen if they did it while SPNG was still on greys. The buying frenzy, combined with the cumbersome trading, would cause the stock to go up in totally chaotic and wild trading.

My conclusion? This rumor-mongering of a low OS is all BS.
