Good, logical post. However, you are neglecting RM's discount, which has been 40 percent, but which could be higher. Also, I think the dilution might have occurred at lower prices that 10 cents.

But the point I was really making is that SM should for once take individual investors into account and ungag the TA or reduce AS.
