CXAC is no where near resolving the issue with DTCC...

I got news for you. This kind of crap takes FOREVER to get cleared!! It will last until the issue is resolved and how long do you think THAT takes?

why they are deciding to do this now I have no clue because that file on the SEC website has been there for awhile now.
