I heard the issue would not be resolved until around summer 2010 on the DTCC isue and all regarding cxac which includes the suspensnded brokers of TDA, Scottrade, and now E*Trade.

seen this issue before take place and it only took 3 weeks... so how do you get "it takes forever to get resolved". and it was with another pinky without corp.funding to speed up the process!
