dkgross; this could be the real reason all the BIG Major cable as well as Satellite companies will not sign on with QBID??. No Finanicals to prove to these companies how much money QBID rally has to Launch the Q-Channel with, No less enough money to keep it on the air for 3-Years or more. ?? who knows ??, all I know is the next 90-Days or less will tell where the Q-Channel will be headed in 2005 forward. the Breaking point for QBID will come to past in the next 90-Days or less. IMO. The good news for me is no matter what happens, I already made a Good profit with QBID,and I know own all FREE shares. But I do feel sorry for all the thousands of QBID shareholders that paid 1cent to 2.8 Cents a share. well lets see what next week will bring to the share price, it seems we go down about 2 to 5 ticks a day, so frank does not have too much time left, before the share price drops back down to February 2004 levels. OUCH!!! lets hope we see a good Honest Blockbuster PR with meat to it next week, that they will help to raise the share price and keep it UP, and NOT DOWN like it has been doing for the past 2-Months or more..

You are right "major heads of major cable and broadcasting networks are NOT idiots" and I bet they have seen not only the finacials but the business plan as well.
The same kind of people who I show my corporations financials too. You said you are in business, do you show your financials and business plan to anyone who asks? Do your employees know exactly how much you make?
I should hope not or you will soon find your competitions shingle on your door.

Furthermore I have been in business for over 27 years and not once has a company that I deal with shareholders ever come into the picture...that's what collaterol is for...like 6 Billion shares worth, stop making things up..."Would YOU want to sign a multi-million dollar contract with someone who can't even be honest with their shareholders about the financial state of the company?" They worry about things like whether or not their business can profit from the deal.
