Very well could be. Could this awful shell Q acquired reflect so poorly on Q's financial status that is what the big boys are balking at?

my guess is we work in different worlds. The companies I deal with ALWAYS have their shareholders interests top-of-mind.

I agree about collateral. I'd rather have cash :)

My peers know how much I make. I have no employees at this point.
