In MY opinion, that's EXACTLY why we haven't closed a deal. But, until Frank tells us otherwise, all we can do is is wait.
Q OBVIOUSLY has 'the goods'. Skunks has seen it, and others are watching. I can think of NO other reason why a major carrier hasn't jumped on board. Of course, since LOGO announced, they're probably all just waiting to see what LOGO has to offer.
