Well they're most certainly setting the standard, and not simply settling for "good enough." Watson's full plan is yet to be unveiled IMO. I guess we'll have to wait and see what he's going to bring to the table. :)
In regards to more marketing prior to Christmas, I'll agree it would have been nice to see. However, without having prior brand recognition and the ability to launch a massive front I feel it would've been money spent in vein. Advertising dollars spent during the holiday's are at a premium. Online and print media outlets certainly charge more to advertise during this time of year.
I really do think things are coming together, plain and simple. It's slower than many would like to see, but good intent and business sense is being used. I await the next major milestone and the words from our leader with the rest.
