What are they buying back with? They have to dilute to be able to funds salaries and projects this has not changed due to the R/S. Just because they did a R/S does not mean they found some magic funding source. The current O/S proves that they had diluted all that they could of the 100 billion and did the R/S so as to be able to dilute again at a higher PPS. We the shareholders paid for the R/S through dilution, we paid to cut our own throats, it costs money to do a R/S. Everyone kept saying that they were buying back before the R/S when in fact they were diluting and had diluted farther than the O/S shown on third quarter financials. Please just think about it and use some common sense, look at what has happened in the last 3-6 months and realize that there is no buyback going on nor will there be.

Think of it this way, the company could have bought back 10 billion shares anytime at 0.0001, but they didn't do so!!
Remember the PR said up to 10 billion shares.

This was obviously a ploy to make shareholders feel good and sucker in newbies. They could have easy bought it back at anytime for 0.0001, but only bought back about %5.8 of that total.
