Look at MFI…Look at CMF...They were green this “week”…PSAR just starting upward…ADX shows no increase in selling even on the daily…go ahead, do a daily to verify…We got us a game for shares…..WHY? Someone wants as many shares as possible and will take them EVEN ABOVE A PREVIOUS CLOSE, ON A FRIDAY!!!!



OK, maybe I am too close to it...I love this concept and I love the stock...This is well known…but CMON…above the previous close??? Even us hardened of longs were sitting below waiting for shares from Flipper and Shorty!!! I felt excited and ripped off yesterday…I was “bored” and even posted that to Teamlasvegas when he came on…I WAS WAITING…

So what does all this mean to me?

Here is the leap….WHAT IF someone is making a play for EI and has been sitting on bids with us but decided to take everything Friday knowing there would be selling...A high open and any “selling” would leave a red candle and cause the indicators to flip lower, BUT, in actuality it is a condition caused to the chart because of the charts design…IF we close green on Monday, do the indicators flip largely above THURSDAYS CLOSE signaling all those shares were bought, not sold…aside from the fact we all know trades are 1:1 and they obviously were bought…

See, on a chart, if the pps goes down we just label it as selling and a red candle shows…but here we have a red candle but HUGE trading, 1:1 ABOVE a previous close…THESE WERE BOUGHT, not sold IMO…It makes CENTS to me that someone is taking shares, even higher if needed, to make a play on EI…They need stock to buy EI or control EI going into any buyout activity…They know longs are nibbling...

I am going to stop here and let this settle in...Please look it over a few times…poke holes if you can...I think we need Monday to close green to possibly show me I am right…I doubt this will have a negative effect on the gamer if he is reading IHUB (which I honestly doubt) since a buyout would likely be .05 or higher at the minimum thus making these cheap…Let me know what you think...I tried to condense this thought...I hope you see what I am thinking…

HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 07/22/10 -- Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FRDM) has become a statewide contender in Florida's lucrative and growing wastewater treatment sector through a merger with one of the more well known operators in the state which according to FRDM Chief Executive Officer Michael Borish will generate combined annual revenue of $5 million in 2010.

While Borish gave an outlook towards Freedom Environmental Services annualized sales, the environmental services officer implied that future revenue growth could far outpace the combined $5 million estimate through a statewide expansion of Brownies Wastewater Solutions, Inc. treatment business.

The merger includes Brownies Wastewater Solutions, Inc. and its parent company, B&P Environmental Solutions, LLC. B&P executive Mike Ciarlone will run the day-to-day operations of Brownies while Borish will continue as CEO of the parent company.

According to the Florida Public Service Commission inflationary conditions have forced state regulators to impose an annual review of rates through an application process with state utilities. Yet companies themselves that focus on wastewater treatment services within Florida are taking note of the Freedom Environmental merger with Brownies Wastewater due to the competitiveness of the combined businesses.

Brownies, which is located in Central Florida, specializes in the recycling of septic and wastewater solids and liquids, servicing its market through a fleet of 21 trucks. Its customers include utilities, commercial and residential customers.

According to a report by The McIlvaine Company, the worldwide market for wastewater treatment is forecast to reach $484 billion in 2010.

"In general, the water and wastewater market is growing faster than the process markets with the exception of biotechnology," McIlvaine's report noted. That kind of growth makes the Florida Public Service Commission's monitoring of wastewater rates a must.

McIlvaine pegs the total wastewater market equal to 1% of GDP worldwide, or $740 billion. According to Enterprise Florida, Inc., a public-private partnership serving as Florida's primary organization devoted to statewide economic development, Florida's Gross Domestic Product in 2008 alone was $7.44 billion, placing FRDM's current market share at 6.75%, based on McIlvaine's estimate.

If Borish's forecast of statewide growth rings true, Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. could become a regional contender in states bordering Florida in years to come.

The Company has submitted to FINRA the requisite notification of the corporate action. OF CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION OF
GREENSHIFT CORPORATION

GreenShift Corporation (the “Corporation”), a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware (“GCL”), does hereby certify:

FIRST: That in a meeting held on June 4, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Corporation duly adopted a resolution setting forth proposed amendments of the Certificate of Incorporation of the Corporation, declaring said amendments to be advisable and calling for the approval of the amendments by the stockholders. The resolutions authorized a reverse split of the Corporation’s common stock in one of several ratios. In a meeting held on July 13, 2010, the Board of Directors duly adopted a resolution setting forth the following amendment to effect a reverse split of the Corporation’s common stock in a ratio of one-for-ten:

ARTICLE V is amended to effect a reverse split of the Corporation’s common stock by adding ARTICLE V, Section (e) reading as follows:



(e) Reverse Split:


On August 2, 2010 (“Effective Date”) at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, a reverse stock split (“Reverse Stock Split”) will occur, as a result of which each ten (10) issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Corporation (“Old Common Stock”) shall automatically, without further action on the part of the Corporation or any holder of such Common Stock, be reclassified and converted into one (1) share of the Corporation’s Common Stock (“New Common Stock”). The Reverse Stock Split will be effected as follows:

Following the Effective Date, each holder of a certificate(s) representing outstanding shares of the Corporation’s Old Common Stock (“Old Certificate(s)”) will be entitled to receive, upon surrender of such Old Certificate(s) to the Corporation’s transfer agent for cancellation, a certificate (“New Certificate”) representing the number of shares of New Common Stock owned by such stockholder following the Reverse Stock Split.

2.

From and after the Effective Date, Old Certificates shall confer no right upon the holders thereof other than the right to exchange them for New Certificates pursuant to the provisions hereof.

3.

The Corporation will not issue fractional shares. The number of shares to be issued to each shareholder will be rounded up to the nearest whole number if, as a result of the Reverse Stock Split, the number of shares owned by any shareholder would not be a whole number.

SECOND: Stockholders of the Corporation representing the necessary number and class of shares as required by statute, acting by written consent in lieu of meeting in accordance with Section 228 of the GCL, consented to the adoption of said amendment by signing written consents and delivered the signed consents to the Corporation as required by the provisions of said Section 228.

THIRD: That said amendment was duly adopted in accordance with the provisions of Section 242 of the GCL.

FOURTH: That the effective date of this amendment shall be August 2, 2010.

I'm seeing some interesting setups on several Solar Sector stocks. Many look to be breaking out of down tends and multi month/year downtrends. Best seen on 3 year charts.

ASTI and LDK also look ready to explode. I would like to see annotated charts for these also. Even all three stocks in an overlay for comparison. There are others that look ready to break downtrends but haven't yet. I think the entire sector is ready to move up.

I would like to see an annotated chart on a ticker I have been watching for some time that I believe to be a sleeper primed for rebound. I have also have some chart questions. What is the best indicator to confirm a MACD crossover? Is it stochastics? Also, what is the best indicator to pair with the accumulation line?

We had an annotated chart done a while back, but there was not much to annotate so I was looking for a recent one.


I have found that a long term slow downtrend in PPS paired with a long term multi month positive divergence in accumulation is a very bullish pattern for a strong reversal. What would you use in addition with the accumulation indicator?


I believe when it comes to the candlesticks and the actual chart, that this PPS has hit its bottom and the reversal might possibly be beginning. There have been a lot of white candlesticks, but little movement and limited volume. Limited volume I think makes it a little more difficult to confirm trigger points on chart indicators.

Also the newest support and resistance levels.

the company is fully reporting, and the float is 42 million so it wouldnt take much volume to shoot it up. I have been going nuts trying to use chart indicators to determine if the bottom has finally been reached. The stock shows up constantly on reg sho with often the total volume of the trading day being short.

How goes it Clay? Been an avid follower of your charts since early 2009 and really do like your analysis. Is it possible for you to talk about the underlying components of the charts such as RSI, MACD, money flow index, accumulation/distribution, Kethner Channels, I.clouds etc. Also, a possible chart on CBAI

i think you may have done a chart on that a while back not sure, but this company has just recently gone through an RS, has received, sorry, has SECURED ACQUISITION FINANCING and is getting ready to continue growth through acquisitions with a possible push forth if certain criteria are met in the coming months.

The stock recently tested the 50 DMA at $.21 but didn't quite hold but is possibly consolidating around $.14-$.17 and trying to form a new bottom as this stock has been on a very long downtrend. Liquidity here is great, it is of course a real company and is actually a GLOBAL company in a niche market.

I see this company going some major growing pains but I also see the stock price appreciating long term. thanks

There has been some very nice volume for Biel over the past couple of days/weeks. Any thoughts on the chart?
