You make a very valid point as to a buyback and dilution occurring at the same time .That is just plain misleading,the surprise is that it is legal?? ..In all my years on the floor of the NYSE I had never heard of that .. however here in pink land it seems like common practice .. I have only a small position here and consider it worthless ,unless of course some kind of miracle occurs .. LOL

Heres my bet friends.. At the opening bell we go to 1 and no bid..
But like some have said funny things happen in cellar boxing, but this guy is doing the same thing he did with EBOF. Shares valued to nothing ticker change.. It works for him to make money, cant blame him. I wonder what the next ticker will be. We just take a ride looking for a pop. This guy is stingy and slick like a fox, very tough even to make a buck with this guy. BUT, SOME MIGHT STICK AROUND. FUNNY THINGS CAN HAPPEN. Look at that BEHL, and that hoaky PGYC.I tore PG up before it went south. No telling here.. Play your hand or fold.
