WOW, this is so sad, the events that are taking place, however, i'm not surprised!!

that quarterly, i'm afraid, was the good news. the bad news is the inevitable looming R/S. i'm guessing at a minimum 2500:1 but expect a 5000:1 or higher.

imo, announcing a buyback and diluting 5x shares at the same time should be illegal.
