Probably not near enough people have switched to make a difference yet. You are the first person I have heard say that this has even happened, besides myself of course (and others have complained but no action to my knowledge was ever taken by them). As "BIEL appeal" gains favor, and you can guarantee it will, (just ask your liver and kidneys - LOL) hopefully we can save "interested" shareholders from making the mistake of signing up with SnotT and hopefully they will chose a broker that allows them to purchase shares of BIEL - right from the start. IMO
