"tell ST that if something is not done by a certain time, they will transfer most if not all of their account to say ETrade or TDAmeritrade, or some other broker, then eventually they would at least have to consider and listen to their account holders because they are losing $$$ now."

I bet nothing is going to happen on this...believe me. People tried a lot and some have taken out hundreds and thousands of dollars from ST, but still they did not allow to trade these stocks (example: EXPH, HTDS, BIEL).
