sponge_digger, so if none of the 6 things you just outlined never comes true, will you claim that they just have not happened yet?

1) SPNG will be back on the OTCBB within 4 weeks

2) The 10K will prove to show the reduction in share that was PRed on July 29th (aproximately 505mm OS)

(The bashers will all be FIRED)

3) The Sales for Q1 will have exeeded 70mm

4) The Sales for Q2 will Exceed 60mm

5) The Reverse Split WILL happen, (it will be needed for a NASDAQ uplist)

6) A reasonalbe tender offer will be presented before a nadaq uplist.

Let me just post my 2;

1) No accounting firm will ever sign off on a 10-K that contains sales to companies that did not happen.

2) SPNG cannot and will not document the stock shenanigans between themselves and RME as themselves and other deals that others have uncovered. We will have to wait for the SEC to do that.

Hopefully you are not really serious about your 6, only hopeful that they may occur.

I'm sure there is nothing more pleasing then the doomsday fans of the board watching the longs bicker amongst one another.

I have no problem with the longs ...

the longs didn't cause this problem .. the greedy insiders did .. and now the longs pay because they got caught

that's why I say ... never take a long term position in this highly manipulated pump and dump penny crap ..

Why do you think people are trying to be saviors?? IMO those days have long passed. People wanted to believe the company, while others were saying get out at .16-20 before the SEC steps in. Did the SEC step in...YES. Now at .04 most have nothing to do but hope, pray, believe and wish upon a star. Thats the kind of posts we have been seeing here since the SEC stepped in and im sure the kind we will continue to see all the way down.
As you say you are STUCK, so nothing else to do but hope at this point.

not even remotely possible. in order to be back on otc an m.m. has to start the 211 process which can take months or even years. but before he can start that process, spng must be up to date with their filings. even if filings happened tomorrow, your timetable can not be met. don't forget, if the filing are ever done, then it is the m.m.s job to do due dilligence on them. that wouldn't even happen in a month.

Why is there still good volume (for a grey)
