These are all good questions.

Are we patient, or fearful.

Being honest I sold 20% of my holdings today. Took a while to fill, but definitely good to see that someone or something is out there scooping up shares. Makes the remaining 80% feel better.

Now the big question has and is, how many shares are out there?

What's the OS/float. NSS/MOASS stuff aside, we honestly don't know.

IMHO the secretive Big money quietly buying SPNG will be done by Monday of next week, after which the price will be able to break free of the .04 - .05 trading range. Time will tell. I plan to buy more on Monday.

because there are too many stucks who are not willing to take a loss that deep. most of the folks that are still here, are in way higher than .04, so they are holding onto hope, like dopes. the other reason is that dilution is not occuring because it is not allowed because of the sec investigation, so the stock remains stable. nobody is really buying or selling. the volume is way down and there is just minor flipping going on between .04 and .05. simply put, the law of supply and demand is in effect here. no sellers below .04 and no buyers above .05. very easy to understand, unless you are a dope.
oh, and lets not forget that small tidbit of reality: they are trading on the greys! lol
