How can anyone who has the slightest amount of knowledge about how suspensions/grey listing works, claim that this will be back on the BB in 4 weeks? The 2-11 process, which is fairly lengthy hasnt even started yet. First the company needs to complete lots of back audits and then that has to be edgarized and then they need to find a sponsoring MM, and after that MM does lots of homework and is satisfied that the filings are accurate will this even start to be quoted again.

I didnt bother with the rest of the claims as I find the opening one as enough of an indicator of market knowledge.

Ill take that bet ragudad, Ill give u to chrismas and no otc listing. If you ask the sec in general if spng can issue a pr updating the shareholders on whats going on,they say of course they can if its the truth,problem is spng doesnt know how to tell the truth.
