if your son with a wife and 3 children comes over and tells you he gambled his house and to help him financially so he would not lose his house .
what do you do?
1-tell him tuff luck.
2-lend him the money? and take a chance he dont gamble it again
3-lend him the money and take possesion of the house until he pays you off and straight his life.

if you go with #1 is gonna be tough on your grandchildren and your son and the rest of your family will blame you for not helping them.

if you go with #2 you re feeding the fire

if you go with #3 is socialism /communism cause now you control his life .
