Not at all, I am aware of all "claims" (yours included). But claims make no difference at all as to whether the 4 billion will be turned over to Wamu. It WILL be turned over just as soon as the Judge says to do so, that's the law, and it will NOT go anywhere after that, without the judge's further approval. Everyone knows this is true. Call a lawyer and ask, as I did.

Your argument has no merit whatsoever, but it's amusing to watch.

About Cap'n'crunch:

Excerpts from:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jamie_Dimon:

Relations with the Obama Administration

Dimon is a Democrat and worked in President Obama's town of Chicago, and after Obama took office and JPMorgan Chase repaid its bailout money more quickly than most, he became influential in the White House.[13] Dimon was one of three CEO's found by the Associated Press—along with Lloyd Blankfein and Vikram Pandit—to have had liberal access to United States Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner in the seven months after the financial crisis in fall 2008.[14]
[edit]

In March 2008 he was a board member of the New Federal Reserve Bank and CEO of J.P. Morgan and made decisions in connection with the $55 Billion loan to J.P. Morgan to bail out Bear Stearns. Some claim that he violated Title 18 section 208 USC.
After his Presidential victory in the Fall of 2008, and the acquisition of Washington Mutual by JPMorganChase, President Obama had this to say about Dimon's handling of the real-estate crash, credit crisis, and the banking collapse affecting corporations nationwide, including major financial institutions like Bank Of America, Citibank, and Wachovia:
"You know, keep in mind, though there are a lot of banks that are actually pretty well managed, JPMorgan being a good example, Jamie Dimon, the CEO there, I don’t think should be punished for doing a pretty good job managing an enormous portfolio."

...Because JD DOES eat banks for breakfast...
