Wrong again. It is still in the possession of the FDIC, the judge mentioned that too as the FDIC was trying to beg their way out of it. The FDIC Receivership holds the 1.88 billion, the judge specifically asked about WHO WOULD PAY IN THE EVENT THE FDIC WAS FOUND TO HAVE DONE WRONG! And the FDIC receivership said they could only pay out what they held. Again, this case is not over, until it's ALL over, that will only be when ALL claims are settled, then, a division/allocation of assets can take place.

Didn't you read the report on the hearing yesterday? It's quite clear on these matters.

Why was the bid 1.888 billion and why did the other bidders get rejected and why did Judge Hollyer in DC mention Wachovia and the go around process the buyers "Wells Fargo" used to go around the FDIC and buy Wachovia out from under Citi. Hum these questions and more will be answered very soon!

Johnny you need to read the history of a post,so that you know whats being said before you start talking. We where discussing where as in who has the 1.9 billion, we all know they didn't give it to WMI,
