THE BANK CREDITORS FIRST.

If THJC decides that the bank was actually worth 7 times the initial price of 1.888 B, then that money would go to the creditors of THE BANK.

Thanks for the post Dragynn.. If they have only 1.88 billion to pay, I guess the taxpayers would have to foot the bill in the end. Lets see when Walrath rules on the 4 Billion.. That will change a lot of things and is probably the catalyst needed here!!
