#12504 RE: unexpected #12479

The 2007 financials state the the increase in O/S was to issue shares for the payment of convertable notes and stock options that they were in default on. CYSG would have to clean up it's debt and obligations before any acquisition or merger can take place. The difference in price and share structure is to great for them to merge at this time without someones shareholders getting hurt. That would be us. They are not going to increase DNPI's share structure to match ours it would be anti dilutive to DNPI share holders. They could decrease ours with a split but that would crush us and I don't think they want to do that either. DNPI could indeed be buying CYSG but our share structure is very high compared to theirs so unless they will acquire shares and retire them after a merger it doesn't benefit us or DNPI shareholders. IMO CYSG needs to clean up their books and reduce the share structure in order for a merger to be beneficial to both sets of shareholders. If anyone is buying shares I would have to say it's CYSG. Thats if anyone is buying shares. The chart does indeed look like someone is buying the dips heavy. But that is mu opinion and pure speculation. I guess we'll see.

'unexpected'.....Essentially you are correct and I will, if I may, speculate from where you have left off..It is an odd juggling act on the pps as Nic Toms has to wear the dual representation of shareholders for 'both' his and Dave Sasson's Companies...To say that Nic Toms is fond of M&A's is an EXTREME understatement! ..Nic bleeds this kind of action ..It is his lifeblood that motivates his passion...My take is that CYSG is being groomed for acquisition by DNPI ..My reasoning goes as such...The TRUE valuation of CYSG is so buried that when and if DNPI was to acquire CYSG ..I would look to a rapid reassessment of DNPI as a whole in combination with the existing low float of @ 27 million and the collective worth of the 'Global'..assets of CYSG and the Bulging pipeline of DNPI...At this point, not withstanding the importance and synchronicity of any of the other Targets in the big picture--> note the "Four Horseman" ..The acquirer ..in my view.. DNPI will be going out on a MASSIVE PR campaign and DNPI is going to be taken to the street... HARD...With the LOW Float of DNPI... CYSG will be wisked away with the collective onto the NASDAQ...***OR**** Midas716 prefers this version, which has merit and I also somewhat agree...The float of CYSG is being collected and put into treasury 'on the cheap'..(sure would explain a lot of the secrecy and current pps) and allowing an easier M&A with DNPI except CYSG would be the acquirer of DNPI. DNPI would offer the advantage to CYSG of retrofitting the globally accepted Cape Pack with the emerging RFID's and 'catch the wave' of the *impending paradign shift* of the "universally required RFID's" in the Worlds New Order of SCM while optimising the 'branding' and recognition of CYSG as a highly respected leader in global SCM.....AND as well would put CYSG with a new valuation per pps which you can be rest assured to be combined with cash for undeniable future acquisitions to shore up CYSG as one the unquestionable leaders in their field..my only hesitation to the second probability is the time line that it would take to uplist CYSG from the pinks as the purchasing (acquistion) power of the pps would be impaired and restrained if left too long on a lesser exchange and Nic and Companies ..NEED THIS POWER...SC.............
