OK, here is my take on this... Call me crazy or what have you...

When the PPS drops like this of a company worth way more obviously, instead of crying and whining, i think WHY? What are possible reasons for the PPS decline?

SO here goes given the DD I have done on my own pn top of what has been posted:

TOMS is CEO of DNPI and CYSG... Under same roof... TOMS is fond of M & A deals to grow and develop companies right? He is successful in doing so given by past history.... still all fact.

Here is where MY speculation comes in.... Where there is a buyer there is a seller and vice versa....

So watching this decline gradually for last week(s) or so, you can clearly tell something is "sucking the shares up at the lows"(midas) every single time in large quantities...

Now what or who could possibly be doing that and why?

I honestly believe something is going to acquire CYSG or merge with it if anything...

If i was a company wanting to acquire CYSG or merge, I would naturally want the PPS to be low as possible so I could acquire more shares at a bargain... because if a PR is released about M & A talks no way the acquirer will get a good deal....

Reason for being silent maybe? I think they may even hold off on audited financials... until whoever is buying these shares gets how much they want....

Quick question for anyone who knows the answer? if a company is in M & A talk are they required to announce it? The answer to this could clear things up as well as strategy behind the PPS decline...

I mean if you look at the big picture.... why wouldnt a company want to acquire CYSG given its product line and potential....? DNPI looks like the most likely candidate....

I posted this more as discussion rather than me speculating and trying to "Pump" or whatever, just trying to help...

And I think SEECLEAR (correct me if im wrong) mentioned that November 28th is a date that TOMS like to get M & A type deals rolling.... so who knows?

Its all speculation obviously, but it makes sense.... and if they are or did dilute, i believe its for another company to purchase shares and thats it... the company doesnt need money... i believe they have plenty, but just arent quite yet ready to show it yet....

Let me know what all of you think....

GLTA!
