Yes. Thanks Fish and thanks P_Chen. That SEC document is as close and reliable as anyone can get to "proof" of the transaction between Providian and WMI.
The facts remain obvious, in fact, but the court proceedings and the monkey shines by the lawyers blur the facts. P_Chen reminded me that the SEC filings do record public company transaction in public record. Thanks again.
