I want know part of a cheap buyout!!

This company is just starting to hit its earnings stride.

I want the following things;

1. The company to execute the buyback when the stock is cheap.

2. A very small re-occurring dividend.

3. Better PR.

4. A new COB.

5. Continued progress on the licensing front.
