DD - More good reading:

I have had contact with the company again.

Here is a summary of what I was told.

My Pleasure Ltd - Is indeed controlled by a private investment group which consists of over 15 shareholders which include individuals, corporations, and LLCs.

In any filings - if a bank name is seen as being an owner - it is likely that a bank may hold shares directly in IOVE because when the company went
public in 1996, it was via an offering regarding the restaurant chain and certain financial institutions and mutual funds owned that stock at the time the company filed bankruptcy. Because shares were not modified in
any way during the bankruptcy and they remained on the market, some of those financial institutions may have simply retained their investment.

Regarding the Telecom Tools subsidiary - The patent paperwork has not been filed. The delay is because the attorney who originally worked up the paperwork changed his practice to patent enforcement. They are currently in negotiations with a few different firms and will be making a decision shortly as to who to go with. The papers are all drawn up, but they are sure that the new attorney will choose to make some modifications to the work of the other attorney. They will announce when that choice has been made. They did note that legally they cannot state when that annoucement will be made.

The United Kingdom subsidiary, Accredited Consolidators Europe, has no finalized deals to annouce yet. When something is finalized they will file it with the SEC.

The 10K for the 2009 Fiscal year looks to be shaping up as 'Super' and will bring their reporting up to date.

The company is - as we speak - completing legalities regarding the shares for the new Accredited Consolidators Europe.

Hope you all enjoy the reading - Promising - Very Promising INDEED!!! GLTA
