I like 200 million dollars in the bank Nigerian letters better.

I always feel like they had to put more into it. They have no wells, skinny half dead cows, no crops, a stick to beat away the flys, but they can email an english document over the web.

They just seem to work harder than that letter.

You do make a valid point that the amount of money that was stolen from the CMKX shareholders is surely much more then
$250,000,000 its upwards of $750,000,000
No one is foolish enough to believe it was so small.

It does bother many shareholders why the SEC introduced the grandfather clause! It would ease the public to disclose this information.

If anyone can elaborate on the timing of the grandfather clause and why this information is being hidden.
I too don't have a good feeling about that as though there is more going on behind closed doors.
Why hide something if you have nothing to hide ?
