You do make a valid point that the amount of money that was stolen from the CMKX shareholders is surely much more then
$250,000,000 its upwards of $750,000,000
No one is foolish enough to believe it was so small.
Secondly " We demand a complete accounting of the grandfathered shares, and an investigation into the collusion that took place to make that illegal clause. "
It does bother many shareholders why the SEC introduced the grandfather clause! It would ease the public to disclose this information.
If anyone can elaborate on the timing of the grandfather clause and why this information is being hidden.
I too don't have a good feeling about that as though there is more going on behind closed doors.
Why hide something if you have nothing to hide ?
