"IF" the K comes out and everything is in line, then yes i see no reason why an mm would not sponsor it. That being said, the SEC is still investigating other issues besides the K which could effect the outcome on SPNGE in many ways

no its not, lol, here are facts the company was suspended for three things miss information in pr's, also cooking there books as to where all this great revenue came from and such and who there clients were...As well as now all this insider information that had been linked, with soappy and such sent off to the SEC as well.

THe last thing was because of lack of filing but thats really only the small picture, anyways it more has to do what lieing on there financials then lack of, you dont get suspended because of a no filing a measly 10-k lol, know your FACTS.

That one is trading from .0001 to .0003 today, same as yesterday, which is down significantly % wise from the .0003 - .0006 range the last month.

Bottom line, SPNG will be perfectly fine if 10K turns out half way decent

Those are the facts.

Facts based on "if" and "halway decent"s arent really facts are they.

Here is a fact.. when the SEC suspends a stock, they already know what they are looking for. Their experts have a lot more experience in these matters than any poster on ihub.


Based on that history, I have no problem with a "supposition"
