I agree, but I believe it will. If SPNG knew they were done, and the stock is frozen anyway, they wouldnt bother putting out a PR stating that they were confident the 10K will be in by the 16th.

that 10-k is moot at this point, the company is being suspected of cooking there books and if thats the case you wont see a 10-k, even if you do a MM might not sign on anyways with all the other clouded things hanging over spnge, they would be taking a chance, a measly little 10-k would not prove much anyways besides take away the E...

Yup. Thats the problem. the longs keep bringing the 10K into the suspension equation. They are two seperate issues.

No 10K on time.. you get an "E" followed by demotion to pinksheets

Get suspected of lying and fraud, you get suspended.

Had there been a timely filing of the 10K, the SEC investigation and charges would still apply, as would the suspension, followed by a demotion to greys, followed by a lengthy process to get back to the OTC:BB
