no its not, lol, here are facts the company was suspended for three things miss information in pr's, also cooking there books as to where all this great revenue came from and such and who there clients were...As well as now all this insider information that had been linked, with soappy and such sent off to the SEC as well.
THe last thing was because of lack of filing but thats really only the small picture, anyways it more has to do what lieing on there financials then lack of, you dont get suspended because of a no filing a measly 10-k lol, know your FACTS.
